This May Not Be How You Thought This Part of Your Life Would Feel

The path to and through parenthood can bring experiences no one really prepares you for. You may be grieving what happened, worrying about what could happen next, or wondering why something you wanted so much feels harder than you expected.

Maybe you’re…

You don’t need to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support.

Find Support for What You're Going Through

Infertility

When trying to conceive becomes emotionally exhausting, therapy can give you space to process grief, uncertainty, relationship stress, and difficult decisions.

Pregnancy Loss

Support for miscarriage, stillbirth, and other pregnancy losses — without expectations about how you “should” be grieving.

Pregnancy After Loss

A new pregnancy doesn’t automatically erase the fear left behind by loss. Therapy can help you navigate the hope and anxiety that can exist together.

Postpartum Mental Health

Support for postpartum anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, overwhelm, identity changes, and the realities of adjusting to parenthood.

EMDR & EMDR Intensives

Trauma-focused therapy for experiences that continue to feel present long after they’re over.

Meet Ashley

I’m Ashley Luongo, LMHC, a therapist specializing in infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health, and trauma.

I’ve worked in the mental health field for 15 years and have advanced training in perinatal mental health, infertility counseling, and EMDR.

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a compassionate, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to minimize what you’re experiencing or explain why it matters.

Therapy isn’t about telling you how you should feel. It’s about creating room for what you’re actually experiencing and helping you feel more grounded as you move forward.
